Get your figure back in shape and ready for the Christmas party season with our October Aerobathon.
Fit into those amazing party dresses by getting into shape with our superb 3 hour aerobic challenge aimed at all ages, fitness levels and both males and females. This fun event is split into a variety of sessions with regular breaks for a fun fitness challenge! Join the fitness team Mark Gordan Fitness2Health and Sonia Cullington Wow Fitness who will take you through a variety of aerobic styles, including; body conditioning, circuits, dance, abs, core and stretch.
Achieve your goals
3 hours may sound daunting but we want YOU to set your own time goal that is realistic, achievable and challenging to YOU. Decide how long you feel you can last and join us on the night with the aim to beat your personal goal. All we ask is that you push yourself that little bit extra to show your sponsors and supporters that you have challenged yourself - just imagine what a fantastic achievement this will be!

Registration Fee: £5
Minimum Sponsorship: £50
To participate in our aerobic challenge please complete the Registration Form and Medical Form and return with a £5 registration fee to the events team at Deafblind UK. If you would prefer us to send you a paper copy of the forms, or register your place over the telephone, then please contact the events team who are happy to help.
Support your local Charity
We offer a number of services to deafblind members in Peterborough and are proud to be part of the local community, with our headquarters situated at Hampton. As a small charity we know that every penny raised really will make a difference to our deafblind members. By raising £50 in sponsorship for this challenge from your friends, family and colleagues your money can help in various ways:
£20 will provide a Communicator Guide to
accompany a deafblind person whilst out and
about in their local community.
£56 will enable our publications and other
communications to be produced on audio tape
for one member with residual hearing during one year.
£75 will provide a qualified interpreter
to support a deafblind person throughout ahospital appointment.
